AgIQ Mobile App Terms and Conditions

Welcome to AgIQ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AgIQ mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the AgIQ Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgIQ provides agricultural intelligence services including but not limited to satellite imagery analysis, crop monitoring, and farm management tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Service without express permission.
  • Use the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Agrisoft Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.
  • By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGRISOFT SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agrisoft Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
